We contact them to arrange their arrival time, provide information to make it easier for them to reach the property, and address any inquiries they may have.\n\nUpon their arrival at the house, we greet them at the scheduled time to show them around and explain the conditions and rules for their stay. Additionally, each month, we provide the property owner with a detailed account of received payments in their name, if applicable.
