From the beginning, we take care of all email communications among agencies/guests/owners. Additionally, we offer our own management program for your property’s reservations, with special attention to Check-In/Out schedules. We tailor guest contracts and implement posters in the property with each of the rules established in the contract. Affiliate with us! and leave behind all the hassles caused by tourist arrivals and departures. For greater peace of mind, we take care of both key custody and owner payments, whether in cash or via bank transfer.

Check-in: Once the reservation is made in our own management program, we get to work to ensure the guest’s stay and safety are as smooth as possible. We contact them to arrange their arrival time, provide information to make it easier for them to reach the property, and address any inquiries they may have. Upon their arrival at the house, we greet them at the scheduled time to show them around and explain the conditions and rules for their stay. After that, we set a time for check-out, which must be completed by 11:00 AM. For a more comprehensive service, we take care of collecting the security deposit, rental payment, and key handover. Leave behind all the hassle of check-in for just €60 + VAT / €90 + VAT from 8 PM to 8 AM!
Check-out: On the day of departure at the agreed time, we visit the property to bid farewell to the guests, handle the return of the security deposit if applicable, and collect the keys, all after thoroughly inspecting the condition of the property. €60 + VAT / If before 9:00 AM, €90 + VAT.
Property Cleaning: At IVM, we place special emphasis on caring for the property once it has been vacated. After a thorough comprehensive cleaning, we prepare the beds and the villa for the next guest’s arrival. €2/m2 + VAT (with a minimum charge of €75)

At IVM - Ibiza Villa Maintenance - we want to make things even easier for you, which is why we take care of all the paperwork and create and draft invoices with sequential numbers and the owner's details if required by the client.

24-hour Customer Support

Knowledgeable about laws and regulations, our telephone support service comes highly recommended. It's essential for any information regarding the legalization of tourist properties according to the regulations of the Tourist Rental Regularization Plan in the Balearic Islands. This service is available to both property owners, tenants, and neighbors of the property.

Intervention in Case of Noise and/or Disturbances

From our experience, we understand the importance of both the customer and the property owner. Therefore, we offer an intervention service that includes emergency assistance and on-site visits if necessary to resolve any issues that may arise from the tenants.

Repair Services

At IVM, we understand that properties require maintenance. Therefore, we offer repair and renovation services with our skilled and qualified staff. We attend to both emergency repairs, such as a simple clog, and scheduled maintenance to ensure proper property preservation. Additionally, each month, we provide the property owner with a detailed account of received payments in their name, if applicable. Payments can be made via bank transfer, Paypal, or in cash.
